[FIXED] [NKSP] Can't ship on Plopsy

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.65.70.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them as of 7/28/2020 (Nifty Knitting and all packs before)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to ship a large masterpiece classic painting
What happens when the bug occurs? Absolutely nothing, my sim just goes about their day as if I hadn't selected to ship it
What do you expect to see? I expect to see my sim ship the painting.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I couldn't ship a large classic masterpiece painting on plopsy.

I had just downloaded and loaded up my game after getting Nifty Knitting. I decided to paint and ship paintings on plopsy but after a buyer made an offer, I tried to ship the painting but my sim didn't do anything, he just went about his day. I tried taking out cc, and testing, no luck, tried repairing my game and deleting the localthumbcache, and still nothing. I also tried just relisting and waiting for a new offer on the painting and once I got one I had the same issue. I haven't tested on other quality, types or size paintings, or other craftables such as knitting projects or woodworking but as far as the internet has said I should be able to ship paintings so I'm stuck.
