[FIXED] [NKSP] Dropping everything to start a new knitting project

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have knitting basket/bag in inventory. Have hungry sim eat.
What happens when the bug occurs? Hungry sim stops eating to go knit. Always pays to knit new project instead of resuming one in progress.
What do you expect to see? Sim not stopping eating until hunger meter is full. When knitting autonomously, sim should complete one project before starting another.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

If this has been reported before, please move to the correct topic. My sim's hunger bar was low, so I had her eat dinner. She ate a few bites, then got up to start a new knitting project. The sim's household funds were deducted before I noticed and cancelled the action - no problem, I can just have her finish it later. I directed her to finish eating. She ate a few bites and then got up to start a new project again, which I cancelled. The cycle was repeated a few times before I finally turned autonomy off, which seems to be working. My household is only one sim, so this is not a huge problem for me but it would be difficult to keep tabs on every sim in a large family.

well it was worth a try sorry to hear it didn't work mine started doing it to after he got a roommate when he lived alone it wasn't a problem @j4f0

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sim knit, then direct them to "get leftovers".
What happens when the bug occurs? They stop eating to knit.I redirect them to eat the plated food they just sat on the counter. They take one bite and then put the plate down to go back and knit. Their fun is maxed. They would just rather knit than eat even when they are in the red or yellow section of their hunger bars.
What do you expect to see? When directed to eat, I expect them to continue eating until either their hunger is full or they have finished the meal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I don't think I need to attach a shot of my sim putting her plate down to go knit. It was a small minigame to get her to finish the meal even though her bar said she was hungry. I understand that the developing team is very excited about their latest projects, but I didn't think they would make knitting priority one for the sims? I also have  I may be wrong though. If this is not a bug, I am sorry for wasting your time.  Thank you!

As of yesterday, my sims are interrupting actions (usually eating) to go knit. Had to remove all their knitting bags from their inventories. They keep starting a new project every time, too.

I also have one sim in my household who won't sleep through the night anymore. He wakes up at least once, sometimes multiple times, and I have to put him back in bed. But he's a kid, so I guess it's somewhat realistic? lol

I'm thinking it might be time to just work on builds for a week and see if any of these annoying bugs are addressed in the meantime.

I just got knitting for my Xbox 1 and I seem to have an issue. I realized that as long as the knit bag is in my sims inventory it’s all it wants to do. My sim went on vacation and every 2 seconds would charge money to start a new knitting project by sitting next to the pool. I had to take the bag out my inventory just to get my sim to Finish eating  and use the bathroom. Is anyone else having this issue.
