    I just opened 20 rare seeds packets and got 6 Birds of Paradise flowers, and no plants. It looks like it’s been fixed.

Did they show up after you opened seed packets? I found some in my family inventory after buying and opening the Rare Seeds. It looks like they accidentally put the plant in the packet instead of the flower.
