[FIXED] Oakenstead rocket placement bug

    The original issue of the rocket not being placeable should be solved.

    For other issues such as basement, see the compiled list for other threads.

I getting problems with creating tiles if i place a basement, but i don't have the problem with waterpools. only basements in oakenstead.
