how to fix the 109:f967dc7f:2baa9289 code on sims 4 mac. this error is popping up when i get into the neighborhood and try to load a household. is anyone else having this issue?

      Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

      Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

      If that is the case, please upload them to a new post in this thread.

      Please either create a .rar file to upload or copy/paste the content into your post.

      Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

        okay so i managed to load build mode on that lot and deleted all the items i added in last night and that allowed me to load into the lot with all my characters. im not certain that its completely fixed but this is the furthest ive gotten so far. thank you for your help
