Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know, im not leaving random brackets lying around, ask the devs, they coded the game.....
What happens when the bug occurs? My family that lives in Newcrest is on a vacation in moonwood hill(they already were before last update). When the time comes for them to come to go home(doesn't matter if i send them home or if the vacation ends) the family's house loads, but no one is there while the icons are darkened out but it says eveyone is at home. I can enter buildmode, but as soon as i try to switch households(f5) it gets stuck on infinite loading and i have to restart my whole pc. If i save before doing so my game gets stuck when i try to load game after fresh reboot. I managed to switch household by starting a storyline and then cancel it, enabling me to select an excisting household, but that deletes all of their owned bisnesses. I Tried traveling with said household to anywhere in newcrest, including the family that was on holiday, but all ends up in an infinite load.
What do you expect to see? My family in their home and a working Newcrest no matter who I visit
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Ofcourse i had, turned it off immediatly, send them home and all was as it should be, tyvm for the quick reply!
