Upon further testing, I was able to use the aforementioned solution to recover previous saves that are experiencing this bug.

Note: I am unsure if the save is permanently corrupted but seems to be resolved. I have re-added all of my mods and I am able to save, load, enter, and leave CAS. I will play further to see if I can replicate/resolve the issues under other various conditions.

    I am on some of my saves. Is there an issue with loading into a save with a residence using off-the-grid trait?

    I don't think that trait was active on all of my saves though.

    Edit: I found the post that I assume your question on Answers HQ that I think you're alluding to.
