@SpicyNutL_ver  Does the lot have any traits or challenges, for example Off the Grid?  If so, please remove them, which you can do in Build mode.  And let me know so I can merge your post with the master bug thread.

Otherwise, please move the sims to a different lot and then see whether you can load those sims, their lot (in Build mode), or neither.  You can evict the sims in Manage Worlds without loading them first.

@puzzlezaddict Solution 1 worked ! I loaded the household in build mode and removed the lot challenges ( off the grid and reduce and recycle) and it loaded ! PERFECT! THANK YOU !!!
