Ever since the new update I have been unable to load into my sims home lot. I get an infinite loading screen every time if there are any objects on the lot. I don't have any mods installed. I've already tried repairing the game, reinstalling the game, cleared the cache, moved the Sims 4 folder to the desktop and launched a fresh new game, attempted to load in DX9... I've even completely reinstalled my entire operating system to try and resolve this issue. Absolutely nothing has done anything to fix this issue. I have spent the better part of a week trying to fix this attempting ever solution I can find online and nothing has worked...
@FaePanda Does your home lot have any lot traits or challenges, for example Off the Grid? If so, please enter the lot in Build mode and remove those, then try again to load into live mode. This would apply equally to a new save with default challenges or those you added right away.
That worked... why did that work? Are lot traits and challenges just extremely broken right now? I'm actually trying to do an off-the-grid lot challenge with my current save... so I really do hope there is a way to keep the traits and challenges...

I guess lot challenges are a problem at the moment. I hope there's a patch to fix it soon.
