Could you please post the following info
- Your Computer's DxDiag
- If you have, the following file: Documents\electronic arts\the sims 4\lastcrash.txt
- The following file: Documents\electronic arts\the sims 4\config.log
You can upload DxDiag and config.log directly to your post.
For any lastCrash files, either create a rar file and upload that or copy/paste the content of the file to a post inside spoiler tags (the icon next to the strike-through)
I have tested my other households and they can map travel anywhere without the game crashing. It is only the household in Selvadorada which crash when travelling. Thanks for your help.

@Chumpelet You have a household living in Selvadorada ? Did you use a mod to make them live there ? Or do you mean when you travel there with your household and then travel within the world ?
If you traveled there, was your family on vacation before or after the patch ?
Your graphics drivers are a bit dated and you have an error with the following dll: NvCamera64.dll_unloaded which seems to be a Nvidia Camera ? You might want to reinstall the drivers for that.- 5 years ago
No I don't have a family living in Selvadorada or have a mod to make households live there. Before update, the said household were on vacation there, but after update they cannot map travel within Selvadorada, when they do, game crashes.
I will update graphics and fix the Nvidia camera though.
Many thanks for advice and help.
- crinrict5 years agoHero+@Chumpelet OK. sounds like there might be an issue if Sims were in the vacation world before the patch.
Can you get them home and travel there again to see if the crashing continues ?
