    Is anyone still seeing this issue after the patch ?

    Going to mark this as fixed as the two saves I had for this now work as they should.

    If anyone still has issues, let me know

@KeladryAnn Is your vacation between 1 active Sim + min 1 household Sim + min 1 non-household Sim ?

There's a known crashing issues with those.

Yes, actually. 

So the solution is just to not invite non-household sims on vacation with me?

    @KeladryAnn Yes. You can either go travel with 1 household member + Friends or Multiple household members. Just don't mix the two.
