[FIXED] Orginal Ceiling Paint has a Placeholder name when eyedropped

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.999
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expect morden menswear
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If you eyedropper the ceiling using the sims 3 camera
What happens when the bug occurs? the ceiling paint has a debug name
What do you expect to see? a actual name like "the OG ceiling tiles" or whatever aswell as making it avaliable in the thing
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. 1.99 allowed us to eyedrop it

I hope you guys either add it under show hidden objects or the normal catalogue

    Im noticing this issue as well in a new vanilla save on a new build!

    What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Dlc
    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the eyedropper tool on the default ceiling texture
    What happens when the bug occurs? The default ceiling texture has a strange name.
    What do you expect to see? It should just be called white ceiling or something along those lines
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

    This name shouldn't be visible to players. Instead it should have a simple name like 'White Ceiling" or something.
