    • Outdoor shadows now move smoothly without jumping on the screen on ultra graphics settings and at different Live Mode speeds.

    Fixed in Patch 1.109.185/1.98
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues

It's been nearly a decade since this issue was first reported in 2015. I don't understand how it's not been fixed yet. You'd think, now that it's almost 2024, an issue from 2015 would've at least been partially looked into by the developers.
