Fixed an issue which caused Error 134:b378c837 to occur.
O Hello Error 134, was it me you were looking for? I don’t wonder where you are (now) and I don’t wonder what you do (now), I hope you don’t get lonely…

Fixed in Patch 1.64.84

.. So .. tested a few saves but I made the mistake that I lumped all 134 in the same folder so I'm not sure if I'm testing the right ones

The one this thread was about is fixed as they said from the short tests I made.

@CuteAndYarny It's best if you upload to google drive or one drive and PM me the link. You can upload but it needs to be < 20 MB and a rar file.

I advise against posting links publicly if you're using a personal google or onedrive account.

If it's just a dummy one with no personal info, you can also just link in the thread

Hi, I have been trying to log into my sims game for about four days now and have been getting increasingly more frustrated! I have been playing the same family for over three months and I don't want to start a new game but every time I click on the household to play it loads for about a minute and sends me back to the world screen with the error code. I tried to find a way to contact EA and it sent me here repeatedly even though it claims were can call. Thie only began happening after the last update and I have seen many other people have this problem too! How can we fix this?

Is there an update to this? I am having the same issue. I've put a lot of time into the game, I only use one family and they won't load. I've tried moving houses to no avail. They won't load anywhere.

  I have been playing sims for a long time and now for the past 2 days every time I try to play I get the Error code 134:b378c837:4240d837. The game recommends I relaunch the game and it still never works. How can I fix this and what does that error code even mean?

    I’ve been having this issue just now, the same thing came up.I tried re starting and repairing the game and nothing seems to work.

  I've been trying to play for the last 3 days but everytime the same message appears "Error Code: 134:b378c837:4240d837".
  I don't use any CC or mods, I've relaunched it and used origin to clean the game and nothing helps.

OMFG! Please fix. I would really hate to have wasted all this time just to have to quit before my story reaches its clay before moving on to Generation 4 :-(
I know it's in work. Just venting. A game like this based on a complex system of interactions couldn't be easy to perfect.
