    Hi everyone,

    A new update is now available on console as well:

    We have a small but important update for you to address some critical issues that affect all players across Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Thank you for your reports and assistance in tracking down these issues.
    - Fixed an issue in which the game crashed or quit upon loading game saves that were created prior to the June 3rd update.
    - Fixed an issue in which Error code 122:1c9cf40 would appear and loaded the Manage World screen and prompted Simmers to restart the game.

    With this, the crashing issue when loading your saves should no longer happen. 🙂

    If you are still experiencing any issues after updating, please, look for a topic describing the same issue your game has or open a new thread .

Platform:PC

Which language are you playing the game in? English

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What is your current game version number? 1.63.133.1220

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions and game packs except outdoor retreat, and I have a limited amount of stuff packs.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Open the game, click on a save file.

What happens when the bug occurs? The game crashes as soon as the save file begins to load.

What do you expect to see? I expect to load my game up and see the worldmap and play with my sims

Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Please describe the patch or change you made. This started to occur after the patch update released before the Eco Lifestyle pack on June 3, 2020

My game was fine , with a lot of mods , and cc, I update my game and remove all my broken cc and mods and now im confused and I don’t know what to do!

Hi,

My recent savegames make TS4 crash

MCCC7 savegame... crashed (First time this mod is installed)
EP08 Discover University savegame... crashed
GP08 Realm of Magic savegame... crashed
GP07 StrangerVille savegame... crashed

There is no issue with my 3 recent empty savegame (1 household) .
