    Children were channeling their inner tornadoes and causing messes too often! Now, they'll only create regular messes if they haven't learned responsibility yet.

    Fixed in Patch 1.113.277/2.08
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues

I have BTDK, but even with it turned off, having my child get Inspired or Playful will always result them in making messes. My personal work-around is making Confident or Focused moodlet paintings, but it's still a hassle.

It seems to be when My children are travelling, say, to the park or off their home lot.  They constantly throw paint around and it's driving me crazy as the parents are disciplining them with zero effect!  I have dust the bust off, neat traits on all kids.  I'll be sad to age them up, as having kids in the game used to be fun, but now it's a drudge as we can't go anywhere together!
