Sims with maxed manners will no longer queue up wash dishes repeatedly.

This issue was fixed in Patch 1.40.61
I raised a teen vampire with parent hood. now he constaly spams wash dishes when there are none on the lot. after I aged him to young adult he still dose the same thing. ever lot he visits the first place he gose is to the sink to wash dishes parks, bars it dose'nt matter. sometimes at home he'll cancel the actions he's told to do to go wash dishes when there aren't any on the lot plus he has a dishwasher anyways. I'm assuming it has something to do with the manners or rospnsible trait earning which he had both maxed out properly. Also he lives at riipling flats in newcrest when I tell him to mop the floor in his house he dose but then he runs out to the kids area outside his lot and cleans the ground which seems odd since it's not even part of his lot. Am I going to have to re raise my sim again to stop the actions cause it dose get rather frustrating.
I have this same issue going on in my game. I found a workaround (until EA fixes it. This is not saying we should resort to having to do this for all time. It still needs fixed. This is just a way to get relief until EA actual fixes the issue). I posted on the Sims forums and I'll copy and paste my post from there, here:

Okay, I've done some testing (about a sim day - now it's been 3 sim days, and the issue is gone for me) and I think I've figured out how to stop YA and older sims from queuing up to do dishes. I'm sure it would work on Teen and younger as well, but you will be losing your manners, so I prefer to do it after they've aged up. I tested this with a sim that did not get the high manners trait as a YA (she had high manners, just not high enough for the trait). So be warned, you might lose that trait, I have no idea as I don't have anyone with the high manners trait to test. But, if it's driving you crazy to have a sim constantly trying to wash dishes, this may work for you....
Turn on testingcheats on
put in cheat window: stats.set_stat lifeskillstatistic_manners -1
Just like that. Make sure it says -1 Hit enter
You'll see the red negative signs above your sims head, even as a YA, and they should stop constantly trying to wash dishes. This should work until devs fix this issue for us.
I've tried this and it doesn't work for me. as of right now I have all sinks deleted, even though that drives me nuts as much as the spam wash dishes.
stats.set_stat lifeskillstatistic_manners -1 thats the cheat ive tried and didnt work.
I have this problem as well ive deleted my sinks and I hate because they still try to do it with the dishwasher or when I go to any other lot with a sink I really wish they would fix this
