Sims with maxed manners will no longer queue up wash dishes repeatedly.

This issue was fixed in Patch 1.40.61
I raised a teen vampire with parent hood. now he constaly spams wash dishes when there are none on the lot. after I aged him to young adult he still dose the same thing. ever lot he visits the first place he gose is to the sink to wash dishes parks, bars it dose'nt matter. sometimes at home he'll cancel the actions he's told to do to go wash dishes when there aren't any on the lot plus he has a dishwasher anyways. I'm assuming it has something to do with the manners or rospnsible trait earning which he had both maxed out properly. Also he lives at riipling flats in newcrest when I tell him to mop the floor in his house he dose but then he runs out to the kids area outside his lot and cleans the ground which seems odd since it's not even part of his lot. Am I going to have to re raise my sim again to stop the actions cause it dose get rather frustrating.
This is a 'Me too'. MY teen has all of her Parenthood traits reasonably high. This never happened while she was at home in Oasis Springs with her father and late grandmother and only started when she 'ran away' to Forgotten Hollow after her grandmother died. That is to say, I played many many hours over several sessions with this teen sim in Oasis Springs and it wasn't happening then. Moved her alone to Forgotten Hollow and suddenly she gets a queue of several 'wash dishes' when there are none and just stands there moving slightly either doing nothing as the queue just drops, or she cycles though what look like dishwashing thought bubbles over and over.
This happens if she does not have an assigned action for several seconds (faster than clicking something to select a task for her to do!). If she chooses some other autonomous actions like journal, homework, read, play violin, etc., she will start that task and immediately queue the dishwashing thing and stop doing the original task.
