[FIXED] Photographs turn black (Patch 1.58.69)

    Photographs taken following today's patch will no longer turn black when stored in the Storage Box.

    Fixed in Patch 1.101.290/1.81

    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issue. Please make sure to report exactly what you did when they turned black.

    Please also be aware that already broken photos won't revert.

Its messed up that you got 'told off'. I'm absolutely furious too and we're just being ignored. I've opened up three separate cases with EA and they've closed them all without responding. I refuse to stop until its either fixed or I get a full refund of every pack I've bought. Its completely disgusting how we are being treated. 

I've spent hundreds and I stopped playing as soon as the glitch happened. We shouldn't only be refunded but compensated for all the time we've wasted on this unfit-for-purpose game. 

I can't think about my legacy family and all the amazing pictures I had without getting depressed. Why should we put up with this?
