My sims is level 4 of the criminal career and level 10 mischief. It says they've unlocked the pickpocket interaction, bit I don't get the option to pickpocket. I have all game/stuff/expansion packs and my game is up to date.
- The level 3 Criminal reward interaction “Pick Pocket” is once again available under the Mischief category after being unlocked.

Seems there's others with this issue. Might have something to do with being at Mischief level 10. Maybe try lowering it to 9 with a cheat and then try if it works.
I've added this to patch issues since it seems to be newer.

Yeah, it seems it's broken.
We can only wait until EA/Maxis fixes it or until someone makes a mod for it.
