[FIXED] Platform/Stairs Error: 'Can't intersect obstructions'

Just deleted the lot with the lounge in snowy escape with intention to rebuild on the lot, unfortunately parts of the lot aren't letting me build upon it or use items. I don't use mods or custom content but have recently downloaded the December patch along with Romantic Garden stuff and bowling night. Curious if it's only an issue for this one lot, but yes, can't even turn it into a park because some areas in the lot come up red and won't allow you to build and in some cases won't let you put anything down whatsoever. I can download lots to replace things, but objects like the hotsprings will not be placed down anywhere on the bare ground.
