[FIXED] [PS4] [S] New Year's Eve Make a Resolution option is disabled

    Sims can now complete New Year resolutions on any lot, and not just their home lots.

    Not exactly this issue but as this issue was also fixed in the bug PC/Mac patch that console players are now getting, I'm going ahead an marking this as fixed.

    Let me know if it's not.
