Cursor will no longer disappear after using the Relationships panel

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This bug only occurred after installing Jungle Adventures, Outdoor Retreat, Parenthood
What happens when the bug occurs? The game loads without a cursor/ cursor is invisible.
What do you expect to see? I expect to see and use the cursor.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
The cursor is not visible. I have tried all the suggestions online and uninstalled and reinstalled the game still no change.
