Cursor will no longer disappear after using the Relationships panel

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Parenthood, jungle adventures, vampires, pets, cottage living, get to work, discover university, get to work, dine out, city living, snowy escapes, high school years, seasons, island living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Log on
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing. It's suppose to be there but I can't see it at all.
What do you expect to see? An arrow to navigate
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. After the last patch it disappeared
I've reported this before and I still have no cursor. I hate to lose all the money I've invested.
