What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & dogs, cottage living, desert luxe, eco lifestyle, get famous, get to work, jungle adventure, kids room stuff, pastel pop, seasons, spooky stuff, and vampires.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know I was playing normally.
What happens when the bug occurs? Every thing was fine when I started playing cause I immediately went into build mode for like an hour. I saved often. When I finish I went to my usual sim family in live mode. After about ten minutes it crashed. I thought it was cause we went to a lounge and a lot was happening. But I tried staying home and doing nothing and it kept crashing. Even if the game is paused. Build mode works fine though. It's just live mode that is literally force closing the game. I tried restarting the game and console but nothing has fixed this. Please fix and thank you for help.
What do you expect to see? The game not crashing.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. I was playing fine the other day. The issue started after the January 31st update.
