I honestly can’t take this anymore. I play on my Xbox One console, and I’ve spent days now trying to do make up for my new Sim. It’s not even that crazy of make up, but just simple stuff. Every. Single. Time it changes after only a second or two of trying out a different type of lipstick. I thought it might be that I had too many shades saved, so I tried deleting them, and then saved my game to ensure they would be gone the next time I played. Nope. Went into play and all the saves were still there even after I deleted them. The lipstick glitch is worse than it’s ever been before. And on more than one occasion I’ll have an issue where I can’t move between floors, and I’m stuck on one of the floors of my Sim’s house. Come on, guys. This is ridiculous and seriously making the game unplayable. I get that a lot of people play on their PC’s, but a lot of us play on consoles too since we can’t afford a fancy gaming computer than can handle this game. Please, please, please fix this issue. If you can help people with PC issues, then you should do the same for consoles. We matter, too. I’ve heard that people have had the same issues since March or longer. It’s June and you’ve already had a couple updates, so why wasn’t this included in those? You guys seem to love taking our money when you’re bringing out new packs, but you can’t fix the issues that are already happening? I’m disappointed, and honestly these issues are making the game unplayable and hard to enjoy anymore. I guess I’ll have to play something else until someone decides they care enough to listen and address this.

Yeah I have the floor issues as well and when I go to build mode I cant even move the walls up or down or even get a birds eye view on the lot or apartment.

I agree wholeheartedly with your comments. They need a fix for this and so many other things. I've just bought a new next gen Xbox to see if gameplay improves just for Sims.
I found a possible workaround. When the make up weirdness happened If I pressed RB to switch outfit category then quickly pressed LB back to the outfit I was modifying, the makeup change was gone. I had to do this after every single change I made so it took an age just to create one sim. In this case it was bright green eyeshadow on a little boy. So if I chose a shirt for him, the eyeshadow was back then I pressed RB then LB and looked again and the eyeshadow was gone, then the same for jeans, sneakers and so on. I had to repeat this for every CAS action for the child sim since there is no kids makeup category to amend and it didn't work if I completed the outfit and then pressed RB then LB.
It started on mine when they added likes and I've also got Sims jumping out of bed to admire furniture instead of sleeping!
Good luck!

I added a German shepherd and went to add a collar and the dog started glowing white and metallic. It didn't match an outfit for dogs. I went into gameplay to see how it looked and sure enough the dog was glowing head to paws in silvery white and I can't change it.
I've yet to even see this CAS problem on a Laundry List of bugs being looked at. I'm extremely unimpressed. Especially since this is now the 4th time I've created this Sim after I've lost all my saves now 3 times due to bugs.
