Whenever I create a new game in the Sims 4 on my Xbox One and I’m taken to Create A Sim (CAS), the Sims are given clown face paint whenever I change the Sim. Sometimes they are given clown face paint when I’m not even changing anything. If they aren’t given clown face paint, they are given a different kind of face paint. Even if I delete the game I created and start a new one, the Sims are still given clown face paint. How do I stop the Sims from being given clown face paint?
