This has been fixed every radio now has this station across ALL packs.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look at certain radios and you won't see the new R&B station (see screenshot)
What happens when the bug occurs? You won't see the new R&B station
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the new R&B station on all radios.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes

Here's a screenshot of all the radios that I found have the new R&B station. This is all base game radios and a few from packs.

Further to my comment, I've now tested on a fully upgraded hot tub using a sim with the handy reward trait. The base game hot tub has the R&B option when it's upgraded, the two from perfect patio do not have the R&B option. Excuse the darkness of the screenshots, it was night time in the game.

I have also now tested the DJ booths (Get Together), JTB radios (found in debug), a party bot (DU) and earbuds (Fitness stuff). The R&B option is on all of them.
Edited to add, the R&B option is also on both all in one radio/tv/bookshelf from Tiny Living as I checked that too.
