[FIXED] Reaper's Rewards: GUI not showing tasks

I was able to complete this week's tasks after having issues.  Originally I had traveled to another world and back and the rewards UI was blank. I saved and closed the fame and later on, I removed the account data file and put it into a new folder on my desktop and reopened the game.  The UI was back.  I had to redo a couple of some tasks that I had already completed but I was able to finish this week's tasks and get all the currently available rewards.  After that I saved and closed the game, moved the new account data file to my desktop and put the older, original account data file back into the sims 4 folder.  My progress remained although I have not checked yet to make sure all the rewards from this event and the last one are still available to me.  I'll check that today and edit this post.

All that being said, EA/Maxis need to get their act together. It's been a decade of mediocrity - ENOUGH!

#! - They need to listen to the players when we say we don't want these timed events with rewards that won't be available if we miss the event.  I am enjoying the gameplay but this should be a scenario that players can do anytime with rewards that will remain obtainable for everyone.

#2 - Things that they add to the game need to WORK.  I don't care that we get these things for "free".  I don't care that the base game is now free.  I paid for the base game and every pack that I have except for the free kit we got when the base game became free.  I have paid and paid and paid.   Paying customers deserve a working game.  Stop treating your customers like crap and then pretending we are happy with things like these events and broken gameplay.  

Sorry, not sorry for the rant.  But again, I've paid and I deserve to rant.

ETA:  It looks like I have the rewards from the current event and the previous one, although I didn't check for every single one.  Let's hope that EA/Maxis gives us a fix for this before we move on to the next set of tasks.
