Reward traits obtained through the Rewards Store will no longer be allowed to be purchased multiple times.

I've also have this problem. I have no cc or mods and I've also tried repairing the game but it didn't worked.
ps: I have all of the packs, stuff packs, kits etc.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? With a sim that has bought traits from rewards store check the rewards store again and see the bought trait is still available to buy.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bought traits appear still buyable from rewards store..
What do you expect to see? To rewards store to function as it was before.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No

The bug template is sometimes not being displayed due to high traffic.
