Reward traits obtained through the Rewards Store will no longer be allowed to be purchased multiple times.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? With a sim that has bought traits from rewards store check the rewards store again and see the bought trait is still available to buy.
What happens when the bug occurs? Bought traits appear still buyable from rewards store..
What do you expect to see? To rewards store to function as it was before. Trait unavailable after purchasing it.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? No
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? October 31, 2023 update
