Reward traits obtained through the Rewards Store will no longer be allowed to be purchased multiple times.

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.102.190.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All except the Menswear kit
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the Plant-A-Sim scenario and earn enough aspiration points to buy traits (I noticed it with the Green Thumb trait).
What happens when the bug occurs? Trait will immediately be available for purchase again, as will all other traits purchased, despite it being listed as a trait in the Simology panel. This makes it hard to tell what is already owned and so I actually purchased the Green Thumb trait twice.
What do you expect to see? Traits purchased or otherwise assigned should be greyed out in the menu, as per usual.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
It seems to have affected my other households, too. Please help!

I didn't notice this issue until I played as the plant sim, but it also overlapped with the patch release on Oct 31, so I didn't realize it was unrelated.
