Reward traits obtained through the Rewards Store will no longer be allowed to be purchased multiple times.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Fix the bug for buttons on various traits on the Trait Rewards.
What happens when the bug occurs? When a child sim added its trait rewards using aspiration points, the buttons lighted in blue are still active. Usually, when a trait is purchased using satisfaction points the button will turn gray.

I'm experiencing this on a vanilla save, so it is not linked to mods.
