Reward traits obtained through the Rewards Store will no longer be allowed to be purchased multiple times.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
When a sim buys traits from rewards store and then checks the rewards store again all trait is still available to buy.
What happens when the bug occurs?
Bought traits appear always available for purchase.
What do you expect to see?
Purchased traits no longer able to be purchased.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?

I've experienced this and another I think might be associated since it is also an aspiration point based feature:
When a holiday (Seasons) arrives, at least one family member doesn't get goals/traditions to fulfill and thus cannot collect the points and moodlet at the end of a successful holiday.
