    • Sims are once again able to read Magic Tomes. Time to get back to the spellbooks!

    Fixed in Patch 1.108.349/1.97
    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issues.

Same. Started a New Game with Mods turned off until all the patches come out and Modders have a chance to fix their mods. My new spell caster can't study any of the tomes he found searching in the realm of magic.

    I just discovered I'm having the same issue. I play as a spellcaster 100% of the time, so I know this was working before that disaster of a patch came out on July 23. Adult, young adult, teen all affected. Tome for Low Ranked Spellcasters is greyed out too. I've never played with mods and I just deleted localthumb cache, avatar cache, last exceptions, and repaired the game before firing up the game.
