[FIXED] [ROM] Spellcasters Cannot Study Magical Tomes to Learn Spells

The huge update on July 23rd I’m on Xbox so cannot add mods or make alterations 

1. get sim to read tome tome is on floor he has 2 choices put in invatory or put it away

2. Chose inventory first tome is greyed out as if he read it already he is a virtuoso so should be able to read any tome

3. can use practice magic very long winded as cheat don’t work when it comes to the spells, the only way to gain knowledge is to read the tomes, 

the patch has not only messed up my Xbox game on console  but also I have so many issues on my pc since the patch I would rant for a week, we pay a lot of money in the long run for the games and packs and should expect to have these issues vey annoying
