[FIXED] [ROM] Spellcasters can't teleport to places with no stairs

    Spellcasters have reviewed the terms of their “Always Transportalate” Spell and now can actually teleport anywhere, even places with stairs.

    Fixed in Patch 1.68.154/ 1.33

I confirm this. 

After the latest patches, it is possible to teleport when "Always" option is off.

So the bug now is a bit different - Spellcasters can't teleport to places with no stairs when "Always Teleportalate" is on.

I will update the OP.
