Spellcasters have regained access to Styled Looks.
○ A Spellcaster is never not in vogue, but it’s always nice to have options.
Fixed in Patch 1.63.133
The two adult sims I saw the bug with were indeed spellcasters, however their toddler triplets (who are also spellcasters) had their styled outfits shown.
I've aged up the toddlers into children and adults - same result.
I created a couple new spellcaster sims (varying their ages) - and the Styled Outfits were not working for them.
For funsies, I tried the other occults:
Aliens - Styled Outfits were there.
Vampires - Styled Outfits were there.
Mermaids - Styled Outfits were there.
So In short, yes it's only spellcasters, but not all.
For me, it's all spellcasters regardless of age. Whether I created them or they're EA created sims already in the world, none of them show styled outfits.
I can confirm I'm also seeing this, but for me, it's only for spellcasters either created in CAS or in game. Any spellcasters I have that were born in game all still have the styled outfits. I've checked this across 6 different saves and here's a summary of what I saw:
* My born in game spellcasters range from toddler to teen (at least three toddlers, one child and two teens) and they all have their styled looks.
* My created in game are both young adults and don't have styled looks.
* All my sims who were turned into spellcasters (teens and young adults) are missing their styled looks too.
* I also checked the Charm household in one of the saves and they also are missing their styled looks.
This is only since the Dec 12/19 game update as I did a makeover on one of the households I checked just before and they all had the styled looks (this is one household with two teen born in game spellcasters and one teen turned into a spellcaster in game).
I have all the packs and am on the most recent game update (PC: 1.59.73.1020) and have no mods/cc in my game.

Created a new Sim in CAS using Story mode. They turned out to be a Spellcaster. Styled Outfits were not available. Immediately created another "normal" Sim and Styled Outfits worked fine.
New vanilla game for testing another issue. No mods. No CC.
