Spellcasters have regained access to Styled Looks.
○ A Spellcaster is never not in vogue, but it’s always nice to have options.
Fixed in Patch 1.63.133
In create a Sim mode the already prepared styles are no longer showing. I can only use the single tops and bottoms. I'm not a computer person so I don't know how to attach what files you might need. I believe my computer runs on Windows 10 and I think it's about 2 years old. It's a Dell computer.

Is your sim a spellcaster? Did he or she become one in-game? If so, there's a bug report on the subject, and I can merge your post into that. (There's no fix as of yet.) Otherwise, please let me know whether the affected sim has any occult state, whether they were born or created with it or not, and whether they were born in-game or created by you.
Thank you for your help. I have always had trouble with keeping the same game going so I just keep the characters and start where I left off in a new game. After doing that the Virtuoso level spellcaster kept her rank and abilities but she had to read all the tomes again to get the spells and potions again. I do the clear the cache about once a week but sometimes I have to uninstall everything including Origin and download it all again. Thank you again for your help. I hope the further information will help others.
