    • Fixed an issue with object picker UI menus that - when certain conditions were met - would interfere with Sims’ ability to run various “Give” interactions (interactions where objects would be given to other Sims).

    Fixed in Patch 1.105.345/1.89

Same after Crystal Creations downloaded. Couldn't give flowers on love day, couldn't give gifts (only money gift).
I can gift jewellery when selecting it from my inventory.

I have all expansions/packs etc and plsying on ssteam deck

@Spookysista Could you please create a new thread for just the gifting. The OP has two issues in one and this thread is probably getting locked down.

I moved your post over to the new thread. Do you have any paintings in your inventory ?

Known objects in the inventory to cause this

- Any kind of food

- Painting

    I'm trying to do the errand for the grocery deliverer and need to give him a chocolate pie. I have completed every other task for the errand. I have made both a chocolate pie and a chocolate cake. I have tried giving him the entire cake and the entire pie. I have also tried giving him just a slice of the cake and a slice of the pie. I also made a second full pie and attempted to give him just a slice while I had a half pie, and a full pie also in my inventory. Nothing works. I have the option to "Give chocolate pie" in the social menu, but when I click it nothing happens and the task disappears. I do not have any mods installed and I haven't had any installed previously. I have already tried testing cheats to reset both my sim and the grocery deliverer and also restarted my game.

      Do you have any LastException files in your documents folder ?

      Best is to delete the ones you have, then trigger the error and check if new ones are created.

      Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Uploading the file is meant for troubleshooting.

      There's currently a few issues going on with giving food.
