[FIXED] [S] Check Infant causes new random cold weather outfit to be generated

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.97.62.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL EPs, GPs, SPs and the following Kits: Bust the Dust, Carnival Streetwear, Little Campers, Desert Luxe, Pastel Pop, Everyday Clutter
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Take an Infant to a freezing area in a non-winter outfit (everyday, hot weather, sleepwear etc), wait for the Caregiver to "Check Infant" and change the infant into cold weather clothes (Optional: copy paste the infants winter wear in all 5 slots, I did this in an attempt to stop the bug but failed)
What happens when the bug occurs? The game generates a new outfit in the second/third slot or overrides a previous established slot with a new outfit
What do you expect to see? My Infant in their by me assigned winter outfit
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Infant Patch (not sure if before or after bug fix)

This originally happened in my modded save, it took a while to re create the bug because when I manually pressed "check infant" the parent refused to change the babies outfit and kept trying to feed it, practice standing, cuddle it etc. despite all needs being full and the only problem being the freezing moodlet.

Below is a screenshot from after I just removed my mods folder - The hoodie fits are what the regular winter outfit should be (missing parts bc mods folder not inside rn) - as you can see the game generated an outfit with the alien diaper instead of using an assigned outfit.
