[FIXED] [S] Hang This Support Beam spandrel turns completely white in winter

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.90.375.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All up to and including High School Years
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use the Season Spandrel on any lot in the Mount Komorebi, Yukimatsu zone.
What happens when the bug occurs? The Seasons spandrel shows as blank with no detail in the Mount K, Yukimatsu zone. What shows does not match the white swatch either as the bolt detail for that swatch is darker than the woodwork so no color is being applied. It is completely blank. This is the only zone where this occurs. All swatches of the spandrel show up in all other worlds and the other two Mount K. zones. This has been occurring since Snowy Escape was released. Edit: This happens with and without mods and CC.
What do you expect to see? That the spandrel will show the appropriate color swatch.
