    Celebrate, everybody! No, really, everybody can celebrate holidays again. Sims who weren’t able to participate in Holiday Events should no longer have this issue.

    Fixed in Patch 1.105.297/1.87

    Please create a new thread if you're still experiencing this issue,

i am also having this issue

i play with a family of 6 (2 adults, 3 young adults and a teen) and only 3 of them showed the balloon icon with the goals and the others didn’t. i just quit the game without saving and i’m not going to play it now for a while to see if it gets fixed (hopefully it does soon!!) as i don’t want to miss my favourite holiday. only started happening since the 31st October update.
