    Sims will now appropriately put their Umbrellas away before performing some interactions. Because WooHoo while having an Umbrella out in the open, seems complicated, we are not judging… but seems complicated.

    Fixed in Patch 1.63.133/ Console 1.25

    Please create a new thread if you have issues with any other interactions getting Sims stuck

I've had this going on in my game with vampires for a long time as well.  Another interaction that hasn't been mentioned is that is trying to use one of the relics from JA like when you're trying to complete the aspiration milestone to use a relic 5 times and it is raining like it always seems to be in Selvadorada most of the time.  It is really aggravating to have to have to repeatedly exit to manage worlds and come back so you can feed a vampire or use the relics.
