    Sims that celebrate Neighborhood Brawl Holiday will no longer have negative sentiments towards each other afterwards, such is the power of the holidays.

    Fixed in Patch 1.102.190/1.82

Yeah, this is still an issue. My sim can't be around his best friend because they fought for the neighbourhood brawl and I got a phone call about fighting people that dropped my reputations. You also have to do a bunch of fights to complete this, which is ridiculous, since it has negative remifications.
