[FIXED] [S] Rain breaks the neon signs

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? Français
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.44.88.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All the packs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Put a neon sign outside
What happens when the bug occurs? The neon sign is broken
What do you expect to see? The neon sign should work
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Hi,

The neon signs don't work when it rains and when the sun is back the neon sign is still broken.

I will add "Instant Repair" is missing when the sim gets the "Handy" reward trait.

    Fixed in Patch 1.112.481/2.05

    This is more of an oversight than a bug. But it's definitely an annoying one. The sims team just has to make neon signs water proof.

    The Neon signs are still broken by the rain... Las Vegas can't exist.

    Hello!  I'm just confirming that this is still an issue.  My spellcaster was able to perform repairio but it still broke when it rained.  When I had my sim repair the sign, it was a never-ending loop in which my sim continued repairing and kept getting the broken sounds.  These are the only options for upgrading the sign, which did not include "unbreakable".

    @JonaO703"Reinforce Electrical Contacts" is kinda supposed to mean Unbreakable. If you hover over that option, it says "This upgrade kit will prevent the neon sign from ever breaking again". HOWEVER in practice it still does not work when it rains! I've recently upgraded a few signs with Animations and Reinforced Electrical Contacts but still none of them work during rainy weather. This is with the most up-to-date game version.
