[FIXED] [S] [ROM] Table Gnome spawning for Harvestfest

What happens when the bug occurs? When the gnomes spawn for Harvestfest, the new gnome table that was added in the pre-ROM patch is one of the three gnomes, and cannot be appeased for tradition completion.
What do you expect to see? All gnomes that spawn on Harvestfest to be the type that can be appeased for the holiday tradition
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The pre-Realm of Magic patch that added extra loungers, tables, and rotating stairs along with this table gnome.
This bug might be smaller, but I like to be able to complete holidays successfully with my whole family. Depending on the size of my family at the time (how many children in particular since gnomes is the only tradition they care about), it can cause me to not have enough gnomes for everyone to have a successful holiday. I listed as frequent and not every time because I have been dealing with it in my saves for a little while now and I honestly can't remember if I have had a harvestfest without this gnome, but it might actually be spawning every time, when I feel like it shouldn't spawn at all. Or if it does, it should have a way to appease it to complete the tradition like the regular gnomes.
