    • Sims may now WooHoo in leaf piles that build up outside of a lot.

    Fixed in Patch 1.47.49

Tested this in my game and it works fine as long as the piles are on your lot (or possibly on a community lot). If they are in the world (out-of-bounds) somewhere, it doesn't.
