[FIXED] [S] Sims Can't Shower in Light Rain

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Expansion: All Game Packs: Outdoor Retreat, Spa Day, Dine Out, Parenthood, Jungle Adventure, Strangerville Stuff Packs: Vintage Glamour, My First Pet, Moschino Stuff, Tiny Living, Nifty Knitting
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Wait for light rain to occur 2) Click on the ground 3) Select the "Shower in the rain" option
What happens when the bug occurs? The Sim just stands there and complains
What do you expect to see? The Sim to shower in the rain or the option to not be available.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Oh the rain, such a poetic moment from nature. Sitting cozied up with a blanket and a cup of coffee watching the world go by with the melodious sound of the raindrops falling lightly on the ground… wait… is that a Sim showering outside? Yes indeed! Showering in the Rain is possible in Light Rain conditions. ○ Similarly, Shower in the Rain has been fixed for Simmers who have installed Eco Lifestyle, making the most of every resource available! ○ All soaps used are biodegradable - we promise!Fixed in Patch 1.73.48/ 1.40
