    Hi @Silvr_Phoenix09

    I've tested this on my save and have no issues with this. It changes to holiday about 1 hour before they are supposed to go to work.

I'm not sure I understand you correctly.

You set days off for the holiday on the calender but when the holiday comes along they go to work anyways ?

@crinrict I’m having this issue. My sims is a detective and he still went to work. When I tried to cancel it, it told me it would effect his performance.
